We are able to conduct claims under a Conditional Fee Arrangement (no win no cost) if we feel that it is in your best interest and you wish to proceed on that basis. However, we will deal with the matter in your interests and your case will be dealt with locally by experienced solicitors.

We are able to complement the Conditional Fee Agreement by offering you access to After the Event Insurance. This should not however be confused with certain claims management companies which operate nationally. It is unlikely that they will be able to deal with your claim locally and as you may know certain high profile claims management companies have been discredited in the recent past.
