Legal fees for your freehold sale
Second and subsequent charges will cost £100 plus vat per charge to discharge.
If your property has a solar panel lease we may charge up to £200 plus vat to deal with the same.
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.

How long will my house sale take?
The length of time a sale transaction takes depends on many factors but a usual average time-scale would be between 8 and 12 weeks from commencement.
